We recognise that sometimes you may want to return an item to us. If this is the case, please refer to the below information regarding returns.

Returns Policy
1.Return Due To Change Of Mind
Fusion Motorsport will accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and the customer will be required to arrange their own shipping. We unfortunately are not able to refund the value of any original shipping paid(Customers are responsible for international shipping charges when returning items).
Please note that any returns due to non-payment of import or customs fees (which are the responsibility of the recipient at the point of import into their domestic country) will be charged a 10% restocking fee on all products, including Fusion Motorsport products, in addition to shipping costs. If you wish for the products to be re-shipped after they have been returned to us, shipping will be charged to the customer.
Once returns are received, have undergone the relevant quality control checks and are approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days for the United Kingdom and 5–10 business days for other countries. We will notify you via email once this has been completed.
During sales, sale discounts are only valid for new orders placed during the specified sale period and cannot be retrospectively applied to backorders.
For all parts sold where custom work was carried out (for example, some DWD Suspension and Motve products), these are sold at the customer's own risk. We therefore cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you change your mind. Due to the nature of custom work, we do not hold stock of these items and order them on a case-by-case basis. For any other queries, please contact us directly via email.
2.Warranty Returns
Fusion Motorsport will honour any valid warranty claims. Please refer to our Warranty Policy below. Customers will be required to pre-pay return shipping; however, this will be reimbursed upon a successful warranty claim. Upon receipt of warranty items, we aim to process warranty claims within 7 days.
Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will have the following options:
(a) Refund to your original payment method (only available for returns within 30 days of receipt of the product)
(b) A replacement item sent to you (covered under our Lifetime Warranty policy)
3.FAQs
How do I return an item?
You can email to Fusionmotorsport@outlook.com to get the retuens adress, then pack the item securely in original box(ideally in the same condition and packaging as received). Complete the returns form included with your order and place it inside the box. Return the item within 15 days of receipt to qualify for a refund (excluding original delivery fees).
Refunds are typically processed within 14 working days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the product arrives safely in its original condition. Refund values are determined after quality control inspection by Fusion Motorsport.

5.When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds typically take 1–3 business days to process, followed by 1–2 additional days to appear in your bank account (UK and EU). WARRANTY POLICY
Fusion Motorsport Product Warranty
All Fusion Motorsport products listed on our website come with a 2-5 years Product Warranty(Depends on different brands) , permanent technical support is included unless otherwise stated. The Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to products purchased on or after 01/04/2025.
The 2-5 years Warranty includes bearings used within Fusion Motorsport products. Should bearings fail during ownership, replacements will be supplied. Please note that only bearings will be supplied, as all Fusion Motorsport products are fully serviceable.
To qualify for a valid warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
The product has been correctly installed, as determined by Fusion Motorsport
The fault is due to a manufacturing defect and not caused by improper use, human error, negligence, or external factors.
The product was supplied by Fusion Motorsport or an authorised distributor
Performance Products Warranty
Performance products may carry manufacturer-specific warranties. Please refer to the individual product listing or the manufacturer’s website for full warranty details. If you experience issues, contact Fusion Motorsport first for assistance.
Please note that certain products may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, in line with manufacturer policies.
Custom / Made-to-Order Products
Products manufactured to order (including certain DWD and Motve products) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to their bespoke nature, these items are ordered individually and not held in stock. For further assistance, please contact our customer support team.
Product Fitment Disclaimer
Fusion Motorsport cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen issues arising from customer-installed products.
For UK customers, we recommend installation by our approved partners by Fusion Motorsport. We can provide full technical support throughout the process, but installation by third-party workshops is undertaken at the customer’s own risk, and Fusion Motorsport cannot be held responsible for incorrect installation.
Associated Labour Costs
If a defect is identified, contact our team for guidance. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
This warranty does not cover labour costs, shipping costs, or any secondary damage caused by product failure. Labour reimbursement for installation or removal is not available.
Any damage to the vehicle or related components resulting from product failure remains the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
