About DWD SUSPENSION
The chief engineer of DWD Suspension has been active in Japan’s D1GP for more than 30 years, building racing chassis for drivers and working with many top Japanese racers. Since 2009, DWD engineers have begun manufacturing their own shock absorbers, applying years of track experience gained in Japan. In 2012, DWD dedicated itself to providing OEM processing services for major shock absorber brands worldwide through the establishment of DWD Auto Parts Ltd. By 2015, the DWD Suspension brand was formally established and began supplying products globally. With more than 300 different applications, DWD offers suitable coilovers for most cars on the market.
Compared with other brands, DWD Suspension has clear advantages. First, every model goes through careful design and strict testing, so customers are often pleasantly surprised by the excellent workmanship. Second, DWD offers a competitive price. Key components (such as oil seals and shock oil, etc.) are made in Japan or imported from Germany, while metal parts are manufactured in-house. Strict and meticulous production management makes DWD Suspension highly cost-effective.
By using premium shock absorber oil produced by FUCHS, which maintains excellent kinematic viscosity from -40°C to 130°C, DWD Suspension delivers stable damping performance during long-distance rallying or under extremely cold conditions. High-quality shock oil is the foundation of comfort, safety, and durability during driving.
All coilover springs produced by DWD are made from SAE 9254 high-quality steel using a cold-rolling process. Each spring type is strictly tested by DWD engineers to ensure deformation is no more than 2mm after one million cycles. For years, DWD has remained focused on continuous development and has adhered to the philosophy of high-quality manufacturing and strong service standards, allowing riders to enjoy professional products and reliable support.
